All quotations are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Loading 2 Hours and Unloading 2 Hours, There for Demurrage Charges Apply.
- Cost of Removal & Replacement Of Street Furniture/Cables Etc.
- Cost Subject to Final Police/Department Of Transport Approval (VR1 & Special Orders).
- Prices exclude weekend working (unless otherwise stated).
- Subject to a suitable route being available at the Time of Transport Move.
- Route Survey Chargeable with all cost being passed on.
- All Goods Carried Under RHA 2009 Terms & Conditions/ CMR Terms for European Haulage (Copy Available on Request).
- All goods stored under RHA Storage Conditions 2009. Liability of £100.00 per ton
- Cost of Police & Private Escort Charges which may Occur.
- Quotations are Valid for 30 Days.
- Must be good Hard Standing for Loading/Unloading.
- Minimum of 24 hours notice required for cancellation,( weekends Not Included) Less than 24 hours notice Charges will apply.
- Sheeting not included unless asked for on quote.
- For Export/Imports for Custom Clearance Charges will apply.
- All new customers must arrange for full payment prior to job movement.
- Finnie Heavy Haulage Ltd will not be held responsible for any late collections/deliveries due to Accidents/Breakdowns/adverse weather conditions or any other circumstances out-with our control.
